To support both runners in the community and to build on the run focus of our current KTC members, we are announcing some exciting changes to our run program for 2016. Rather than run 2 short-term clinics and a run program for KTC members, we are planning a more run focused element to our overall programming. Building off the base of weekly Sunday runs and the spring track work program, we plan to develop 2 (spring and fall) race preparation programs.
